The policy is equal to the employee’s annual salary and is provided by Goodwill® at no cost to the employee.

Goodwill offers participation in a 401(k) program to all employees over the age of 21 who have been with the company for 6 months. Goodwill will match $0.40 of each dollar an employee contributes up to 2% of gross pay.
Leave Program and Regulations
Goodwill® recognizes the importance of time away from the workplace, relaxing and returning to the job refreshed and ready to take on new challenges.
All full time employees are eligible for vacation leave after 6 full months of employment. Vacation time does need to be requested in advance and approved by your manager.
All full time employees also begin accruing sick leave on their first day and are eligible to use their sick leave after thirty days of employment.
