Goodwill® recognizes the importance of time away from the workplace, relaxing and returning to the job refreshed and ready to take on new challenges.
All full time employees are eligible for vacation leave after 6 full months of employment. Vacation time does need to be requested in advance and approved by your manager.
All full time employees also begin accruing sick leave on their first day and are eligible to use their sick leave after thirty days of employment.
