Participant of the Month for December 2007
Dusti came to us from Department of Rehabilitative Services (DORS) to participate in our Job Development, Placement and Retention (JDPR) Program and started in a transitional position in one of our retail stores this month. Dusti is here everyday ready to work and complete any task given to her. She has filled in for other positions on the spot. She is dedicated to her program and works hard. When she is not working in the store, she is on the computer sharpening her skills, helping in other departments or completing projects for WFD staff.
Dusti has a great personality and is friendly to everyone she meets. She is very family oriented and loves children. We care about her dearly and believe she will go far in a career with the positive attitude she presents everyday at Goodwill®.
