C.A.R.E.S. Program
The Community Alliance to Request Emergency Services (C.A.R.E.S.) Program is a community partnership designed by Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley to address emergency needs in Frederick and Carroll Counties.
The program provides resources available through Goodwill's donated goods program to individuals that Goodwill partner agencies identify as needing items on an emergency basis. The partner agencies give the person C.A.R.E.S. certificates that they may use to purchase clothing, furniture, and other donated goods from any our four Goodwill stores.
