Job Search and Retention Services
Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley, Inc. offers the following services to individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment who reside within Frederick and Carroll Counties.
- Work Adjustment Training - provides life skills, job readiness training, and work experience, to individuals who have been unable to find and keep a job.
- Job Development, Placement, and Retention (JDPR) Program - assists job-ready individuals who require help with resumes, job searches and placement.
- Job Coaching - provides on-the-job coaching to ensure that the employed individual understands and can perform job duties to the employer's satisfaction.
