Diverse Workforce Development Programs Benefit Residents of Carroll and Frederick Counties
We help put people to work, an important step on the road to independence and a better life. Our mission remains as simple as that. Thanks to your support through monetary and physical donations, we embody that mission by offering a wide array of workforce development programs to serve the residents of Carroll County and Frederick County in Maryland.
We do that through a number of direct, person-focused services that include personal and career development clinics, typically following an initial evaluation. We also administer programs that support a client’s family and businesses in the area.
Proceeds from the sale of donated goods keep many of our programs free, and they focus on supporting residents with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
