Veteran Services

We are dedicated to helping our military heroes. The Veteran Services Center (VSC) at Goodwill offers essential services to veterans as they return from their military experience.

Goodwill serves as the VSC’s operating and Veteran workforce development partner and brings its employment and career services to life in both the VSC and Goodwill’s career center located next door.

Other services provided will focus on supporting veterans and their families and will include several organizations and programs specifically dedicated to our heroes.

The Veteran Services Center at Goodwill:

• Creates a location for recreation and fellowship
• Fosters an environment for obtaining Veterans Health Administration benefits and supporting services
• Ensures access to counseling and rehabilitative services
• Increases the employability of veterans through career coaching and training opportunities
• Reduces occurrences of homelessness and families living at or below poverty levels
• Spreads awareness regarding suicide prevention and resources available for the veteran community
• Provides strategic partnerships with the larger veteran services community to promote best practices in service delivery, streamlining of resources, and seamlessness in programmatic referrals
